The Talent Coalition gladly invites you to become part of the Dutch delegation attending the 28th edition of the European Career Fair (ECF), hosted at the Massachusetts Institution of Technology (MIT) in Boston, MA. The Talent Coalition is a collaboration of the Netherlands Point of Entry (RVO) and several regional organizations.

You will join this 5 -day event – from February 29 to March 4 – with the main recruitment career fair (ECF) taking place on Saturday March 2.

What is the European Career Fair

The European Career Fair (ECF) is a yearly job fair organized by the European Club at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It gathers around 100 companies from all around Europe and more than 2000 USA-based undergraduates, master's students, PhDs, post-doctoral researchers and senior experienced candidates in a variety of disciplines. Not only will students from MIT attend the fair, but also students from Harvard, Yale, NYU and surrounding colleges to come in contact with different European employers.

Great news! By participating in this edition of the MIT ECF you will get the unique opportunity to get free access to The Netherlands Recruitment Day on March 23, 2024.

The Netherlands Recruitment Day is an online event for academics worldwide, who have an interest in working in the Netherlands. Dutch universities, research institutes and industry can present themselves and get in contact with talented researchers.
