Brainport Eindhoven: from health crisis to innovation in medical technology
- Additive Manufacturing
We ourselves have a considerable influence on our future. By setting ourselves Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we can make a concrete contribution to the world we want. The UN has established the SDG Charter Network to help organisations and companies do this. There are 17 SDGs that make up our 'to do' list. With these SDGs, we speak the same language, allowing us to work better together to achieve these goals for a better world. See below for an overview of the 17 objectives. Through your choices and actions, you can also contribute to achieving these SDGs.
In Brainport Eindhoven we - the business community, educational institutions and the government - are working together to create a strong region that is prosperous and takes care of the welfare of our inhabitants. Our common goal is to transfer the region even more strongly to the next generation. If everyone strives for the same goals, then everyone speaks the same language. The difference can be made by mass. That is why we are jointly assuming our responsibilities and why Brainport Eindhoven is signing the SDG Charter. Brainport Eindhoven is the first in the Netherlands to sign the Charter as a triple helix region.
