Staying connected and active during the coronavirus pandemic

One of the effects of the coronavirus outbreak is that many people feel lonelier and exercise less. However, you can maintain your social contacts and stay active, even at a distance. PSV lifestyle consultant Nina de Rooij and Stefan van Rooijen, trainee general practitioner, will tell you how best to do that in the webinar ‘Staying connected and active during the coronavirus pandemic’. The webinar was held on March 9 and you can watch it directly here.

As a PSV lifestyle consultant, Nina van Rooij is closely involved in the development of the PSV Brainport Vitality Platform and guides about a hundred people every week in developing a healthier and more vital lifestyle.
In addition to being a trainee general practitioner, Stefan van Rooijen is a healthcare innovator and holds a PhD from the University of Maastricht on the introduction of a global program to get patients fit for surgery: 'Fit4Surgery'. In addition, his book ‘Fit4Life Het Doktersrecept’ (‘Fit4Life The Doctor's Recipe’) was released last October.
