In the energy transition, solar energy plays an important role. Many roofs in the Netherlands are covered with solar panels to harness this energy. But what if you could use more parts of the building, and also infrastructure or even vehicles to generate solar energy. That's not possible with classic solar panels. The solution? Flexible solar laminates that can be integrated into roof and wall coverings, sound barriers, bridges and more.
In the Netherlands and particularly in the Brainport region, knowledge institutions and companies are working on developing flexible solar laminates that can be integrated anywhere.
