National Week Without Meat
During the National Week Without Meat, we wanted to put @beefygreenfamily from Eindhoven on stage again. They make burgers 🍔 from something that was actually used as animal feed: stalks of the oyster mushroom. 🍄 But it was too expensive for livestock farmers, so they are now making delicious and nutrient-rich veggie burgers together with @verbruggenpaddenstoel.
