Handover of check Stimuleringsfonds with drone to Brom Mechatronica
Sometimes people might think that robots 🤖 take over people's work, but in some cases robots just do and keep the work here, because there are to few people to do the job. You can see that very clearly in the agricultural sector. This sector asked Brom Mechatronica from Valkenswaard a high tech solution for the legs of flower bulbs 🌷 in small jars. That resulted in the idea of the bulb-leg machine. It turns out to be very difficult to do this work with a robot, but it seems achievable. That's why the company received a check worth € 50.000,- to develop this further. And in times of the coronacrisis, it is not done personally by mayor Anton Ederveen and alderman Theo Geldens of the Gemeente Valkenswaard, but with a drone! 💸
