1. Alleen met de Goden
For Afslag Eindhoven, singer and writer Frans Pollux adapted the novel "Alleen met de Goden" by Alex Boogers into a theater performance about love, abandonment, and believing in your own strength despite all adversity. Five evenings in Veemgebouw Eindhoven. Dutch spoken.
Festival - 1 & 2 September NUENEN
2. Nuenen Proms Festival
Betty Blue, the Proms Orchestra, and soloists from our region give a unique sound to well-known songs during the PromsFestival Nuenen. Two unforgettable evenings at the Roosdonck in Nuenen, closely followed by Nuenen Live (September 3).

3. Open Day Parktheater
In keeping with tradition, we are kicking off the 2023/2024 theater season with the best open day of the year! A fun day for all. Entrance is free of charge.
Corso - 8, 9 & 10 September VALKENSWAARD
4. Corso & Culture Festival
he center of Valkenswaard comes alive during the free Corso & Culture Festival, heralding the new cultural season. On the 2nd Sunday of September, the Corso Valkenswaard parades through the city with a convoy of 13 impressive dahlia floats, accompanied by youth wagons, street performers, showbands, and harmonies. A colorful spectacle for all ages, organized in collaboration with Theater de Hofnar.
Heritage - 9 & 10 September BRAINPORT REGIO
5. Open Heritage Day
During Open Monumentendag thousands of historical buildings and sites in the Netherlands will open their doors. In the Eindhoven region, too, there are plenty of monuments to visit. In various places, extra activities such as exhibitions, guided tours, cycling routes, walks and musical performances will be organised during the open monument days. This year's theme is Living Heritage. Will you come and take a look?
Music - 16 September LAGE MIERDE
6. Fay Lovsky
Fay Lovsky comes to Lage Mierde to sing 'questionable songs'. Light music, as we're used to from her. Lovsky reviews a number of songs. Old and new, and her own compositions. And yes, depending on how you look at them, they're totally wrong. Because there's something off with every song.

Magnum photographer Alex Webb (San Francisco, 1952) is world-famous for his street photography. His photos are vibrant, dynamic, and he's always looking for that fleeting moment when everything clicks. Museum Helmond presents three collections from street photographer Alex Webb, in Kunsthal Helmond and Kasteel Helmond.
