Fontys Career Event 2023

More than 1,000 students from Fontys Economics and Communication, Fontys HRM and Applied Psychology, Fontys Business Management, Education and Technology and Fontys Marketing and Communication will be looking for an internship, graduation project or (side) job. The ideal opportunity for organisations to meet these young professionals and discuss opportunities during or after their studies.

Practical information

There is room for a maximum of four people per company. This concerns both the exhibition floor and the speed dates. Other practical information regarding this event can be found below:

Construction

• Size of stand: 2x1x1 metre including table and two bar stools
• Electricity: 4 sockets (1 group) per stand for normal use
• Light: sufficient hall light available. There is no option for ceiling suspension systems
• Decoration: needs to be provided by yourself, provided it fits within the dimensions. Examples include roll-up banners, display, laptop or monitor. Other wishes? Please contact us: fhecforcompanies@fontys.nl
• WiFi: available free of charge for normal use
• Parking: paid parking in car park 'Om de Hoek'.

Dismantling

Dismantling starts on October 4th at 16:30. Any resources brought should be taken from the stand. On 5 October, there will be an opportunity to collect any items left behind between 9am and 12pm. Please note that no security will be present. Leaving belongings is at the participants' own risk.

Catering

On October 4th, we will serve lunch for exhibitors between 12.00 and 12.45 hrs. Coffee, tea and water will be available free of charge throughout the day. Between 16.30 and 17.30 there will be drinks for exhibitors.
