Attracting and retaining international talent
For an increasing number of companies in the Brainport Eindhoven region it is only natural to work with internationals. To attract and retain those internationals, various relevant topics should be addressed and the necessary actions should be taken. To allow SMEs to attract international talents, they are supported by Brainport Development, the Holland Expat Center and the LivingIN program of the municipality of Eindhoven. The support is given during the three stages the company and the international talent have to go through before deciding to join forces: the coming to, the living in and the settling in stage.
HR Thematic Meetings
Companies considering hiring international talent, have the opportunity to attend multiple thematic meetings a year. These meetings offer them the chance to expand their network and to share experiences.
Many different themes and topics will be addressed, such as Employer Branding, Recruitment and Diversity & Inclusion. During these meetings, knowledge, best practices and experiences will be shared by experts, companies and internationals. Participation is free.
