Wasbeer & Pauw joins Brainport Partnerfonds
We are proud that Wasbeer & Pauw has become a member of the Brainport Partnerfonds. For us, this does not feel like a formal membership, but rather a collaboration that perfectly matches who we are and how we work.
We believe that every person wants to be seen, truly seen. Not as a function, label or situation, but as someone with potential, talent and resilience. In our work, we often see people who do not recognise this themselves or are unable to utilise it. That is precisely when we bring about change; by developing, facilitating and supervising training programmes that activate and provide direction.
We work across a broad spectrum. We are a company specialising in group dynamics and mobilising groups of people, both in social and business contexts. We do this at three reception centres in the Brainport region, where “Participation from day 1” is central: an active daily routine, structure, connection with the city and prospects for participation and (voluntary) work. We also work with people who are ill or receiving benefits, and with teams and organisations in the business community who want to strengthen their collaboration and talent development.
By working with such diverse groups, we see the same thing time and time again: everyone needs the same foundation: to be seen, to experience trust and to be given room to grow.
We are happy to use our expertise to reveal potential, especially in places where this is not self-evident.

Through the Brainport Partnerfonds, the business community in Brainport contributes financially to the future of the region. Together with the national and regional governments, companies invest in better accessibility, the accelerated construction of affordable housing, the training of additional technical talent, a balanced labour market, equal opportunities and social cohesion. These are measures that are necessary to steer the accelerated growth of the region in the right direction. In this way, prosperity and well-being remain in balance.
