Wasbeer & Pauw joins Brainport Partnerfonds
"We believe that every person wants to be seen, truly seen. Not as a function, label or situation, but as someone with potential, talent and resilience. In our work, we often see people who do not recognise this themselves or are unable to utilise it. That is precisely when we bring about change; by developing, facilitating and supervising training programmes that activate and provide direction. We work broadly in this area. We are a company specialising in group dynamics and getting groups of people moving, both in social and business contexts. We do this at three reception locations in the Brainport region, where “Participating from day 1” is central: an active daily routine, structure, connection with the city and prospects for participation and (voluntary) work.
We also work with people who are ill or on benefits, and with teams and organisations in the business world who want to strengthen their collaboration and talent development. By working with such diverse groups, we see the same thing time and time again: everyone needs the same foundation: to be seen, to experience trust and to be given room to grow.
