Where can international employees go to when they have questions?

During these challenging times, it is important to help each other out as much as possible. Finding information on initiatives that lighten up the day, having the possibility to get in (virtual) touch with others, get informed by the latest Dutch news, translated into English.

During these challenging times, it is important to help each other out as much as possible. Finding information on initiatives that lighten up the day, having the possibility to get in (virtual) touch with others, get informed by the latest Dutch news, translated into English.

These are just some examples that can be found on the special Holland Expat Center South Corona Portal, which has been set up for and with the International community here in Brabant.

This website is a joint initiative of gemeente Eindhoven (Holland Expat Center South), Brainport Development, TU/e and High Tech Campus Eindhoven in collaboration with Fontys, Expat Spouse Initiative and Eindhoven365.

The Corona Portal has answers to questions such as:

  • I can't pick up my residence permit, what to do?
  • My contract expires, but I can't leave, what to do?
  • I want to register, but I don't have a residence permit or sticker in my passport, what to do?
  • An application for renewal has been submitted by my employer and my new permit is ready, but I can't collect it, what to do?
  • There is a renewal application submitted by my employer and I have to take new biometrics, but I can't, what to do?
  • I want to cross the border, what do I need?

Holland Expat Center South is a non-profit organization: it is the one-stop-shop for formalities (BSN and residence permit) in Brainport Eindhoven and it helps international knowledge workers and their families to integrate into their new working and living environment.

The Holland Expat Center can be reached via telephonenumber: +31(0)40-2386775.
