Economic growth in Brainport is changing the demography of the region. The population is growing and the composition of the population is changing, including by attracting more international knowledge workers and labour migrants. This has major implications for social cohesion in the region. Brainport voor Elkaar is commited tot bringing different groups and organisations together. Because when people from different backrounds meet, real connections are created. Our meetings bring enterprising people into contact with each other and with useful projects.
The right match via the Charity Broker
In our regio, there are many social initiatives and charities in our region that we care about. We know that sometimes they do not have enough money, resources or people to carry out all their plans. That is why we are working with a Charity Broker and will eventually build a real platform for those initiatives as well. This will enable us to link social initiatives and charities to donors.
The Brainport Geefwijzer
Many charities and foundations find it difficult to reach the right foundations, and vice versa it is not always easy for foundations to find initiatives that match their mission and values. The Brainport Geefwijzer brings these worlds together. Filter by target group, SDG or municipality and find out which organisations suit you. This is how we build sustainable relationships and long-term impact in our region.

Brainport voor Elkaar as an intermediary
As Brainport voor Elkaar we like to help find the right match between:
- Entrepreneurs, companies, (equity) funds and service clubs who want to make a social contribution, and;
- Charities, social initiatives in need of money or materials.
The Charity Broker identifies social initiatives and funding opportunities in the region as well as possible. Based on this knowledge, we put social initiatives with a funding request in touch with available funds. We also look for great projects for companies and funds that indicate to us that they would like to invest.
That way, more and better matches are made. We also hope to contribute to long-term relationships and a stable way of funding. So that beautiful projects have a stable future.
Doing something good together: get involved as a corporate volunteer
Many community organisations, foundations and residential care centres are short of manpower, expertise and resources to fulfil their mission every day. Would you like tot do some good? Then make your employees available to contribute their talent, knowledge, heart and hands. This is how a team outing becomes truly meaningful!

Civil society organisations can make good use of companies' knowledge, skills and resources, but often find it hard to find their way to them. During the Brainport voor Elkaar dinner, companies and civil society organisations are connected to see what they can do for each other. Inspiring conversations are held, ideas are exchanged, great matches are made and concrete solutions are found for social issues.
The Brainport voor Elkaar dinner is offered by DLL, NXP, Philips and the municipality of Eindhoven in collaboration with Samen voor onze Regio and Brainport voor Elkaar.
