Attracting and retaining international talent

International talent at Brainport
International talent is indispensable for strengthening the technology sector. Moreover, these foreign professionals bring diversity to the workplace, stimulating new perspectives and innovation.
Attracting international talent based on data
Brainport Development helps employers attract, retain, and deal with international talent. But we do so accurately. Thanks to data, we increasingly know our Brainport region's identity and which skills we lack. We also know where talents with those skills can be found. Together with employers, we use this data to promote the Brainport region abroad through our brand story.
Retaining international talent
As Brainport Development, we also focus on retaining international talent, for instance, by increasing the stay rate of international students and employees. We do this by working together with educational institutions and employers to ensure a soft landing on the one hand and by improving the business climate on the other.
