International Relations Coordinator

In-person, Hybrid

You will strengthen Brainport’s international standing

Brainport Eindhoven is a leading high-tech ecosystem of international significance. International delegations, embassies, and strategic partners are increasingly finding their way to the region. In this role, you will ensure that these meetings not only run smoothly, but you will also contribute to sustainable partnerships, economic opportunities, and the international positioning of the Brainport region.

From the initial request to engaging relevant partners and putting together a substantive program: you oversee and organize the entire process and ensure that every visit delivers strategic value.

Your role on the international stage

As International Relations Coordinator, you serve as the central point of contact for international visits and collaborations within the Brainport region. You understand the needs behind each request and translate them into a program that aligns with the region’s strategic agenda.

You move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You bring together the right parties within government, the business community, and knowledge institutions, ensuring that discussions lead to concrete follow-up steps and collaboration.

Sometimes you take the lead on the entire process, from intake to execution, and other times you find the right partner to further develop the visit.

In addition, you work on further professionalizing the international approach. You compile overviews of visits, missions, and trade fairs and ensure that colleagues and partners can better capitalize on international opportunities. You also contribute to improving and streamlining processes, for example through the Visit Brainport website. And in this way, you make a direct impact on Brainport’s international collaborations!
