VDBN Notarissen: legal partner for a strong Brainport region

"VDBN Notarissen is a civil-law notary office that was established in the Brainport region in 2007, with an innovative, multidisciplinary and (inter)national DNA. That is why we invest in the Brainport Partnerfonds and enjoy working with partners and residents in the Brainport region. We are indebted to the region for our origins and growth, which is why we are keen to contribute to the accessibility of the region, the construction of affordable housing and helping to attract and retain talent for our region and create equal opportunities for our residents.
By providing our legal services, we strive to realise large housing projects with partners in the region. We are also involved in many transformations of buildings into affordable houses and apartments for first-time buyers and people looking for housing. In addition, we support entrepreneurs and businesses in starting and expanding their companies and creating jobs for current and future generations of job seekers in our region.
We also establish various foundations and associations with a social purpose, with the aim of bringing people together, enabling them to participate in society and creating equal opportunities. Finally, we strive to provide legal certainty by providing services in the field of inheritance and family law for the residents of the region and we facilitate families in passing on their businesses to future generations within their families.
Our Brainport region has grown through unity, and we are keen to help maintain and further develop this wonderful position through cooperation and innovation.
- Marco Haanappel, civil-law Notary
