The Brainport Enterprise Awards 2026 shine a spotlight on innovation, impact and entrepreneurship
The Brainport Entrepreneurship Awards 2026 brought together innovative strength, social impact and entrepreneurship. These awards recognise entrepreneurs, organisations and public sector professionals who contribute to a strong, smart and future-proof Brainport region.
The winners demonstrate how collaboration within the region leads to innovation, growth and broad prosperity. From high-tech innovation to social cohesion: their stories highlight the strength of Brainport Eindhoven as an international hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
- KMWE received the Wim van der Leegte Award. The company was recognised for its strengths in the areas of innovation, growth, sustainability and social impact.
- The Rabobank Community Award went to Wasbeer & Pauw, for their contribution to inclusivity, broad prosperity and social cohesion in the region.
- The Brainport Young Business Award was presented to VivArt-X, with Dan Jing Wu, for an innovative approach that combines innovation and sustainability.
- Kevin Pennix from the municipality of Bergeijk was also among the winners. He received the award for Most Entrepreneurial Civil Servant, thanks to his ability to build connections, his vision and his commitment to entrepreneurs and collaboration in the region.
