Photonics Ideation Booster Process
To further promote the valorisation of photonics research, The Gate has launched the "Photonics Ideation Booster Process".
This collaboration between researchers and business developers focuses on exploring the potential of new ideas in the field of Photonics.
The Eindhoven Hendrik Casimir Institute (EHCI) promotes by actively supporting up to two initiatives with a valorisation ticket of 20,000 euros from the budget of its Gravitation program.
This funding can be used to cover salary or other expenses related to a valorization initiative, e.g. in view of a spin-off or a technology transfer to an existing company. It is intended for initiatives at a very early stage, and not for existing spin-offs.
