CZ joins Brainport Partnerfonds: working together for a healthy region

South-East Brabant is growing rapidly. This presents opportunities, but also puts greater pressure on healthcare and the living environment. That is why CZ is joining Brainport Partnerfonds. Together with the other parties in the fund, CZ is working to build a region where people can live happily, enjoy their later years, and where healthcare remains accessible.

“Good healthcare starts in everyday life. That is why we are participating in Brainport Partnerfonds. In this way, we are investing in innovations that contribute to a better living environment and people’s health. This helps to reduce the pressure on the healthcare system,” says Joep de Groot, Chair of the Board at CZ.

CZ recognises that health is linked to factors such as work, housing and equality of opportunity. Brainport Partnerfonds invests and innovates in these areas. CZ contributes to this through the fund. In this way, CZ helps to create a region where people can live, work and participate healthily.

By also actively participating as a member of Brainport voor Elkaar, CZ drives new ideas, tests them in practice and scales them up. Brainport voor Elkaar embodies what CZ stands for: investing in a strong social foundation so that people can participate and improve their quality of life. It is precisely by working together that we can join forces and create solutions that go beyond what individual organisations can achieve on their own.

The Brainport Partnerfonds is delighted to welcome CZ as a participant in the fund. Together with the other participants in the fund, CZ helps ensure that the Brainport region remains an attractive place for its residents and businesses.

Through the Brainport Partnerfonds, the business community in Brainport is making a financial contribution to the region’s future. Together with central government and regional authorities, businesses are investing in improved accessibility, the accelerated construction of affordable housing, the training of additional technical talent, a balanced labour market, and equal opportunities and social cohesion. These are measures necessary to manage the region’s accelerated growth effectively. In this way, prosperity and well-being remain in balance.
