On Tuesday, February 11th the kick-off of a series of HR-meetings of the Brainport Talent Attraction Program took place in which a great number of HR-professionals and international knowledge workers from the Brainport Eindhoven region participated. Statements about three stages of talent attraction and retention were discussed: coming to, settling in and living in. It turned out to be an enervating evening with fruitful discussions over tasty dinner bites. Learn more about the highlights and conclusions by reading the highlights of the evening.
During each of three discussion rounds, one element of the attraction and retention process was discussed in a natural and informal way. The tables consisted of HR-professionals from companies in the Brainport Eindhoven region and international knowledge workers. Experiences, suggestions and room for improvement were addressed as well.
