Brainport's international talent program is constantly developing initiatives to improve the region's ability to attract and retain international talent. As our main and sole audience, we value the input of international talent before rolling out some initiatives and corroborating the results of others. And for an inclusive and not one-sided conversation, the sounding board also takes into consideration the input of Dutch residents of the region.  

Who can be a part of the sounding board

Tech and IT international and Dutch talent living in the Brainport region such as: 

  • Knowledge worker
  • STEM students and former students
  • Spouse/Partner
  • Community representatives

What's in it for you

  • A chance to have a say on the initiatives for the region
  • A chance to network with like-minded people
  • The opportunity to be more involved in the STEM community of Brainport Eindhoven
  • A fun way to collaborate and share your insights
  • To help possible residents, newcomers, and people living in the region

What's expected from the sounding board members:

  • 1-year commitment and the option to continue if you wish to.  
  • To join 3- 4 meetings in person per year (dates will be set in advance.)  
  • After a year, members can recommend another person to replace/join the sounding board. 
  • We will reach out for help in other initiatives outside the 3-4 meetings. 
  • To come with an open mind and tolerance towards other members' opinions.
