Strategic Agenda Brainport

At the end of 2021 Cabinet Rutte IV decided to further develop the mainport status of the Brainport region. Since 2022, this has been done in a separate and periodic consultation between the national government and the region and on the basis of the Strategic Agenda Brainport. This consultation is called Administrative Consultation Brainport (BO Brainport). The national government and the region continuously conduct a policy dialogue on the joint ambitions for 2030. This means that: A) The region can make a spatial leap in scale; B) Sufficient talent is available; C) Technological competitiveness is strengthened; and D) There are resilient supply chains.
