Discover Platform Brainport voor Elkaar
Contribute your time, talent, knowledge or resources to the region
Want to make a social impact or do voluntary work through your employer? Many employers in the Brainport region want to give their staff the opportunity to contribute to society, either during or outside working hours. The Brainport Platform for Each Other is an independent volunteering platform where employers, staff, community organisations and initiatives, volunteers and educational institutions can connect. Here, they can match talent, knowledge and resources, and we bring together supply and demand.
What can you do on the platform?
- Discover volunteering opportunities: See which community organisations in the Brainport region could use some support. From a one-off activity to a long-term partnership: there are various ways in which staff and other volunteers can contribute their time, knowledge or talents.
- Find volunteers and partners: Are you a community organisation, association or educational institution looking for volunteers, specific expertise, materials or partners? Through the platform, you can bring your request to the attention of people and organisations who want to make a difference in the region.
Who is the platform for?
For volunteers and staff: Do you want to make a difference to others or to the local community? Discover activities that match your interests, talents and the time you have available. On your own or together with colleagues as a team activity.
For employers: Do you want to offer your staff the opportunity to get involved in the community? The platform helps you find suitable volunteering opportunities, projects and community partners in the region. In this way, you can give concrete shape to employer-led volunteering and contribute to staff engagement, talent development and social impact.
For community organisations and associations: Share the areas where your organisation could use support. This might include extra help during an activity, specialist knowledge, materials, access to a network or a partner for long-term collaboration.
For educational institutions: Connect students and staff with community issues in the region. This enables them to apply their knowledge and talents, gain practical experience and contribute to solutions that make a real difference to society.
