Meet the Additive Manufacturing team!
Brainport Eindhoven is home of pioneers and is known worldwide for its smart industry, with the unique ability to develop and produce high-tech products for markets such as health, mobility and energy. Knowledge institutions, startups, OEMs and suppliers work closely together in this region. Additive manufacturing is an important topic in the Brainport Agenda.
As a new technology, its strength resides in design freedom, cost efficiency, flexible manufacturing processes and customized products. Moreover, products and components can be manufactured closer to the end user or OEM. Allowing for a more sustainable manufacturing process. Brainport Eindhoven has a wealth of AM knowledge and some seventy AM suppliers.
The additive manufacturing team of Brainport Development works as a director and connector within Brainport Eindhoven on all kinds of initiatives to strengthen the position and economic development of companies in the chain.
