Accelerating future chips and high-tech systems through collaboration
- Date: 19 Nov
- Time: 9:30 - 17:00
- Location: Auditorium, TU/e campus
- Entry fee Free

You are warmly invited to the Casimir Institute annual event!
Join fellow researchers, industry leaders, and ecosystem partners for a full day of scientific exchange, inspiring talks, interactive discussions, research demonstrations, and networking. Together, we will explore how collaboration can accelerate the next generation of chips and high-tech systems.
Scientific program
Throughout the day, we will address key challenges and opportunities across the semiconductor value chain through expert dialogues and interactive panels on heterogeneous integration and AI in semiconductors. The scientific program features keynote speakers and participants from industry and academia, including:
- Silvia Lenaerts, Rector Magnificus, TU/e
- Paul Heremans, Executive Vice President and CTO, imec
- Sjoerd Verduyn Lunel, Strategy Manager, ASML and Professor at Utrecht University
- Willem Jonker, Chairman of the Board, AIC4NL and Professor at University of Twente
- Anouk Hubrechsen, CEO and co-founder, Antennex
- Michael Machold, Operational Director, TUM Venture Lab Quantum/Semicon
- Dr. Tsu-Jae King Liu, President of the National Academy of Engineering (USA) and co-inventor of FinFET
Poster and demo market
The poster and demo market allows researchers to showcase their latest research, connect with peers, industry and ecosystem partners, and gain valuable feedback. Present your innovations in chips and high-tech systems, exchange ideas, and gain insights to advance your research and build new collaborations.
Your research will be featured in a digital booklet containing all poster and demo abstracts. The booklet will be shared with all participants before the event.
