1-on-1 consultation with a data coach

Brainport for SMEs employs so-called data coaches. These professionals help entrepreneurs from the Brainport region with questions about robotics, artificial intelligence, and other digital developments independently and free of charge.

Entrepreneurs are continuously improving the performance of their company or product. In doing so, they do not always exploit the potential of data. Many entrepreneurs need to learn what opportunities there are in digitalisation and the use of data. A data coach can help. 

Just about every sector is engaged in digitalisation. As a result, more and more data are available. Entrepreneurs can use the information from that data to make better decisions and improve processes. The aim of the data coach is to identify how data could support the company's objectives during a one-on-one consultancy. From that, free and independent advice follows.  

That advice usually consists of a concrete next step. For example, getting an expert from a wide network of specialists to join. They can help realise the previously set goals. Subsidy vouchers* are available for the use of such an expert:   

- Silver: 1 day at 1,000 euro (free for the entrepreneur with a 1,000 euro subsidy) 

- Gold: multi-day (up to 8 days) of which 50 per cent subsidised  

* The subsidy vouchers can only be used by Brabant entrepreneurs. With an enterprise with less than 250 employees and a turnover of up to 50 million per year. The customer base is not exclusively regional but has a supra-regional character.
