This presentation introduces its mindset through interactive exercises, puzzles, stories, and role playing. Participants learn to challenge assumptions, ask better questions, and focus on solving underlying problems. The session highlights that creativity improves through learning, teamwork, timing, and consciously adopting human centered approaches to problem solving.
