In this episode: Maartje Claassen Eradus, Managin Director of Sara Robotics. The robot SARA provides additional capacity to support caretakers in elderly and disabled care. During peak times or when care staff are needed elsewhere, SARA offers proximity and person-centered interaction that meets the client’s needs. The effect is that misunderstood behavior, also known as signal behavior, such as calling out, wandering, apathy, and aggression decreases.
