Working on your fitness. That is one of the purposes of this platform. To help you on your way, we will challenge you with various challenges over the next seven weeks. With that you not only work on your health, but you also have a chance to win great prizes

Challenges

This week is about exercise. Although we all know that exercise is very important to us, we sometimes find it difficult to integrate it into our busy daily life. We challenge you to complete one or more of the following challenges this week:
