Control light beams so accurately like shining a torch from the Earth and hitting a 50 Eurocent coin placed on the Moon.

In a presentation of about 30 minutes, I will shortly explain what EUV technology is, why it is important for our customers and what it took to develop it over the past decade. After this the main learning loops in the product will be explained as well as the impact these learning loops had on the supplying ecosystem of ASML. From there I will go into what it takes to bring a very innovative new technology to live & the next steps ahead of us.
