The Brainport Eindhoven region in the Netherlands welcomes many international tech and IT talent every year. And while most of them move to the region because of a job opportunity, they quickly discover that this tech hub is more than just a job in tech.

two strangers come together to discuss the region's biggest benefits for those who make Brainport Eindhoven their new home.
Inclusion and feeling welcome in Brainport Eindhoven
Meet Naima from Germany and Guus from the Netherlands, two strangers who came together to discuss inclusion and feeling welcome in the Netherlands. Naima gives us her perspective as an international mother moving to the region, while Guus offers his, thanks to his work as an entrepreneur and, as he calls himself, "a Philips product."
But how important is inclusion in the Netherlands and Brainport Eindhoven, and how much does it help to make internationals feel welcome? As Naima and Guus discuss, it is crucial as the region is a multicultural hub where many come together to make Brainport Eindhoven their new home away from home.
As these two strangers discovered the many ways they agree regarding inclusion in the region, they also agree that Brainport Eindhoven is more than just a job in tech.
