Amaia Legido

Hi everyone! My name is Amaia Legido, I’m 23 years old and I live in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain). I’m a Biomedical Engineer from the University of Mondragon and I recently finished a Master’s Degree on Biomedical Technologies.

I have been working as a research fellow in a technology centre, collaborating in projects about designing and developing new equipment for health industry. My master thesis is focused on 3D printing technologies in pharmaceutics.

I’m very passionate about technology and my research interests are mainly additive manufacturing technologies and big data analytics in medicine. My hobbies include traveling, music and practicing sports.
